eggplant
i always found egg plant to be such an odd looking vegetable .. and the name ‘eggplant’ always confused me
nonetheless
i’m going to try something new with eggplant tonight ..
i just mixed up some basic seasonings (onion, pepper,garlic,salt,olive oil), threw in the sliced up eggplant and now its marinating in the fridge.
hopefully it all goes well
